Shelby L. Clark, a native of Marshall County, focuses her practice primarily on insurance defense litigation and personal injury defense, representing clients with diligence, responsiveness, and care. She also has experience in contested estate litigation and real property disputes, including construction matters, boundary disputes, and failure-to-disclose claims.

Shelby’s approach to the law is rooted in clear communication and strong client relationships. She works closely with clients throughout every step of the litigation process, helping them stay informed and confident as cases move forward.

Since joining KKHB, Shelby has continued to expand her professional and community involvement. She earned her Illinois law license, completed Leadership Paducah, and was named a Kentucky Colonel in recognition of her service to the Commonwealth. She currently serves as Secretary of the Kentucky Bar Association’s Civil Litigation Section and is the Social Media Coordinator for the University of Kentucky McCracken County Alumni Association.

Shelby earned her undergraduate degrees from the University of Kentucky and later graduated from the University of Kentucky J. David Rosenberg College of Law. She values the collaborative environment at KKHB, where teamwork and mentorship strengthen every case she handles.
