Duties / Responsibilities:
- Represent clients’ interests at meetings and in court
- Perform legal research
- Draft legal documents
- Conduct and defend depositions
- Prepare discovery responses and requests

Billing and Collections Analyst
Our firm is seeking a Billing and Collections Analyst to join our administrative team. This position plays a vital role in the firm’s financial operations and is responsible for the accurate and timely management of billing, collections, payment applications, and revenue reporting. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, organized, and committed to providing exceptional internal client service.

Duties / Responsibilities:
- Ensure accurate and timely entry of time into the firm’s billing software in accordance with firm policies.
- Enter time from partner timeslips and spreadsheets.
- Prepare preliminary billing for attorney review.
- Finalize client invoices.
- Upload invoice data to third-party electronic billing platforms for insurance carrier payment.
- Apply client payments accurately.
- Review billing and collection processes to improve accuracy and efficiency.
- Maintain the firm’s ledger numbering system.
- Prepare Time Summary Report spreadsheets to track timekeeper productivity.
- Analyze accounts receivable and work in process to identify trends, assist with forecasting, and support financial reporting.
- Manage collection of past-due accounts.
- Provide backup support for other accounting and administrative functions.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

KKHB is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Escrow & Title Officer to manage real estate transactions from contract to close. This role is central to delivering a smooth, accurate, and professional closing experience for clients while coordinating with multiple stakeholders throughout the process.
Duties / Responsibilities:
- Oversee the full lifecycle of title and escrow transactions from initiation through closing
- Review, analyze, and prepare contracts, leases, and closing documentation
- Coordinate with lenders, real estate agents, property owners, and attorneys
- Guide clients through the closing process and explain documents
- Identify issues and proactively resolve challenges
- Conduct title and property-related research
- Maintain organized physical and electronic files
- Support attorneys and team members as needed
