Litigation Attorney
Our firm is experiencing exceptional growth and we are looking to expand our team. KKHB is searching for an experienced Litigation Attorney to take on legal work in the practice areas of Civil Litigation, Medical Malpractice Defense, Product/Manufacturing Defects, and Auto Claims.
Duties / Responsibilities:
- Represent clients’ interests at meetings and in court
- Perform legal research
- Draft legal documents
- Conduct and defend depositions
- Prepare discovery responses and requests
- Accurate timekeeping
- Utilization of paralegals and legal assistants
- Remaining knowledgeable of changes in legislation and common law
- Other related duties, as assigned

Transactional Attorney
Our firm is experiencing exceptional growth and we are looking to expand our team. KKHB is searching for an experienced Transactional Attorney to take on legal work in the practice areas of Estate Planning, Probate, Real Estate Law, and/or Business/Corporate Law.
Duties / Responsibilities:

Meet with clients to discern their wishes.

Drafting wills, trusts, and other estate planning documents.

Advise and guide clients in probate matters.

Represent clients’ interests at meetings and in court.

Perform legal research.

Draft business contracts, purchase and sale agreements, and organizational documents.

Conduct real estate closings.

Draft deeds.

Manage team members.
