Kristen N. Krueger
PARTNER
Kristen Krueger focuses her civil litigation practice on defense of municipalities and local governmental entities, elected officials, and their employees in Constitutional, employment, and negligence and tort claims. She has experience in defending a variety of claims under 42 U.S.C. § 1983, including use of force, equal protection, due process, discrimination and harassment, as well as immunities available to governmental entities and their officials. In addition to representation in all phases of litigation, ranging from pre-suit investigations to appeals, Kristen frequently advises local public entities on regulatory compliance, employee discipline, constitutional issues, and enforcement.
A native of Paducah, Kristen is dedicated to the growth and health of her community. She also serves on the Kentucky Defense Counsel’s (District 1) Board of Directors.
