Chief Administrative Officer (CAO)
The Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) serves as a key member of firm leadership, responsible for overseeing the administrative and operational functions of a 35-person law firm, including 12 attorneys. This role blends high-level strategic partnership with hands-on operational execution, ensuring the firm runs efficiently, profitably, and in alignment with its long-term objectives.
The CAO works closely with firm partners on strategy, decision-making, and performance while maintaining direct oversight of core business functions including accounting, human resources, information technology, marketing, facilities, and daily operations.
This position offers a unique opportunity to operate at a high strategic level while remaining closely connected to the day-to-day workings of a dynamic law firm. Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Strategy

The Client Services & Office Operations Coordinator serves as the first impression and central communication hub of the firm. This highly visible role blends front desk leadership, administrative coordination, calendar management, event support, and light marketing assistance. The Coordinator ensures a professional, welcoming environment for clients and visitors while supporting attorneys and staff in the efficient day-to-day operation of the office.
Because this is a client-facing position critical to firm operations, consistent and reliable attendance is essential.
The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and service-driven. They take pride in creating a positive client experience while supporting internal operations with efficiency and professionalism. This individual remains composed in a fast-paced environment, exercises sound judgment, and demonstrates accountability in a role that requires both visibility and precision. Key Responsibilities:
Client Reception & Communication
- Welcome clients and guests, ensuring positive impression of the firm

Calendar & Scheduling Coordination

KKHB is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Escrow & Title Officer to manage real estate transactions from contract to close. This role is central to delivering a smooth, accurate, and professional closing experience for clients while coordinating with multiple stakeholders throughout the process.
Duties / Responsibilities:
- Oversee the full lifecycle of title and escrow transactions from initiation through closing
- Review, analyze, and prepare contracts, leases, and closing documentation
- Coordinate with lenders, real estate agents, property owners, and attorneys
- Guide clients through the closing process and explain documents
- Identify issues and proactively resolve challenges
- Conduct title and property-related research
- Maintain organized physical and electronic files
